From Idea to Investor-Ready Plan in 5 Minutes (Free, No Sign-Up)
No sign-up form. No credit card. No ‘book a demo’ call. Just open the notebook, click play, and have a business plan in your Google Drive in five minutes. Here’s exactly how.
Step 1: Open the notebook
Click the link below. It opens in Google Colab - Google’s free notebook environment. You’ll see a document with sections. Each section has a play button. That’s all you need to interact with.
Step 2: Run setup (30 seconds)
Click play on the first cell. It installs what’s needed and connects to your Google Drive. You’ll see a permission popup - this is Google asking if the notebook can save files to YOUR Drive. Say yes. Nothing leaves your Drive. We don’t see it.
Step 3: Describe your business
The next cell asks you a few questions. What does your business do? Who’s your customer? What’s your edge? Type plain English answers. No jargon needed. No ‘market segmentation framework’ required. Just talk about your idea like you’d explain it to a friend.
Step 4: Click generate
One click. PlanForge takes your answers, structures them into a proper business plan format (executive summary, market analysis, revenue model, competitive landscape, financial projections), and saves the result to your Drive. The free tier gives you one full plan generation - enough to see exactly what you’d get.
Step 5: It’s in your Drive
Open Google Drive. Navigate to My Drive/pysolvr/planforge/plans/. Your plan is there. With a .meta.json file that records exactly what you said, what was generated, and when. Come back in six months - it’s still there. No login required. No subscription to maintain.
What you get on free tier
One full plan generation. Enough to see the quality, the structure, and the workflow. If you want more - iterating on the plan, grant matching, multiple versions - that’s the starter tier. But the free demo is real output, not a teaser.
Five minutes. Zero cost. A real business plan in your Drive. Try it.
