Refund Policy

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any paid subscription period. When you use the Service, costs are incurred on our side (third-party API calls, compute resources) that cannot be recovered.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• You retain access to any outputs generated during your subscription.

How to Cancel

Cancel your subscription through the billing portal link in your notebook’s Account section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Pricing Changes

If we increase pricing, you will receive 30 days notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect at no cost.
